I went to Real Life Nutrition on a recommendation from a friend and I am very glad I did. Doug the manager was AWESOME he asked alot of questions, made some seggestions he even gave me a sample or two to try!! It was a great experience and I’m hooked!! Doug the cream you gave me for my muscle aches is wonderful!! Thanks for all the wonderful information!!

I think it would have been a better picture if I had a camera stand. The wind was blowing so hard that I had a hard time keeping the camera steady, but I like it.

Hi, this is Chris. I played drums for Ending The Vicious Cycle that night at the Cavern. I was with the band for almost a year but has since left to pursure other musical endeavours. Thanks for the review. Agreed…the parking, even for the acts, was horrible. The venue was small but intimate – really more suited for accoustic performances. I was keeping in check my volume levels behind the kit all evening. But all the bands were good and the night went pretty well. I wanted to make you aware of my current project with a punk band called “your mother hates The Bible Fire” (not a christian rock band despite the name). We will be at Liquid Lounge with God’s Joke and Neptune Locals on Friday, August 13. We would love for you to come review the performances. Of course you would come as my guest. Again, thanks for the review of the Cavern show and for the compliment . Chris
