Vet Visit

Bannon is dropped off and damages by persons unknown or undefined have been neutralized, taken care of, and otherwise quashed, and I live to fight another day.

UPDATE:  Bannon has a bacterial eye infection, but I caught it at the beginning so it hasn’t spread too much.  He has eye ointment and antibiotics now, and I am sure he is just going to be a little joy th give them to.  I’m glad he’s okay though.

UPDATE PART 2: First dose done.  He does NOT like liquid medicine (very much like his human mom that way), so that was harder than I thought, but he did pretty good with the eye ointment, especially considering that he has never had anything like that in his eye before.  I have to do them both again tonight, PLUS a de-wormer because while he didn’t actually have worms on the test (they are still running it, apparently) it is “better to be safe than sorry”.  Which is good, but it doesn’t tell me at all if Crow will have worms, too.  I don’t think that he will because the type of worms is supposed to cause weight loss, and they are saying he is a little over weight.  Which I expected since he gets a little heavier in the winter and then goes back to normal Banny weight in the spring.
